Only 1 km to the beach and downtown, but it feels like you are in a different world. Perfect for a BBQ by the pool or reading a book under the shade of the rancho. The entire property is fenced in and has an electric gate, includes parking for 2 cars.
Great views from around the property. Mountains, fields, and nature. It has an open air feel due to it's hilltop position.Unique neighborhood, all the homes are built along a ridge with views on both sides.There is usually a nice breeze.The indoor area is fully equipped and comfortable, colda/c.
The entire home and pool area is private for you and your guests. Property shares common driveway with 3 private apartments behind the house.
Having a vehicle is ideal, but taxis are easily available. Downtown and the beach is just 3 min in a taxi.
